Maguie and Vincent are happy to welcome you to their little paradise. Two cottages completely renovated in 2018, Amandier and Peuplier, 45m² each, fully equipped for your greatest comfort. In an idyllic setting, surrounded by the vineyards of St Joseph, the setting invites you to relax and escape.

The ideal complement for a successful holiday: wellness massages.

Gîte Peuplier

42m² apartment, completely renovated in 2018. Balcony with view of the Rhône, Sarras and St Vallier. Equipped kitchen, fridge-freezer, TV, Italian shower, reversible air conditioning, convertible sofa with a real bed, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and all kitchen utensils. Towels and sheets provided. Toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, garbage bag, dishwasher tablets are provided free of charge.

Gîte Amandier

45m² apartment, completely renovated in 2018. Balcony with view of the Rhône, Sarras and St Vallier. Equipped kitchen, fridge-freezer, TV, Italian shower, reversible air conditioning, convertible sofa with a real bed, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and all kitchen utensils. The cottages are equipped with reversible air conditioning, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, vitro hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, flat screen TV, sofa bed rapido (real bed), and all kitchen utensils , Italian shower, washing machine. Possibility of cot, high chair or booster seat on request.

Yes, you have free Wifi Fiber Internet access.

You can arrive from 3 p.m. An independent arrival allows you to enter the cottage at late hours. The cottage must be vacated no later than 11am.

Yes, the pool area is shared with the two gites and ourselves. There are two pergolas and a solarium area with sunbeds. There is no shortage of space.

The gas plancha is available at discretion. A good grill, sausages or grilled vegetables, … ahem. And all by the pool!!!
